Knowing where we came from to understand where we are going
these days is being Society Forum 10 - the future of law, human rights organized by InterLex ( http://www.interlex.org ). I would like to report an interesting article
lawyer Paul Curley titled "Privacy in the standards and the real world" ( http://www.interlex.it/forum10/relazioni/7ricchiuto.htm ).
It refers back to the dawn of legislation on protection of personal data: 1996. Year in which the eminent luminary Donald Lemon for the very first time addressed the important topic: "Protection of personal data: the relief bill" ( http://www.interlex.it/inforum/limone1.htm ) .
Many of those questions are still relevant today.
